About UniPro
Pilipino American Unity for Progress, Inc. (UniPro) is a national 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization that envisions a unified and engaged Pilipino America. Founded in 2009, UniPro’s mission is to engage Pilipino Americans through collaboration, advocacy, and education. With chapters in New York, San Diego, Chicago, Seattle, and Texas, the organizations seeks to transform Pilipino American students and young professionalsinto community leaders through its various programs, which incorporate professional development, history, and policy through the lens of the Pilipino experience. The organization allows Pilipino Americans the opportunity to explore their place in the community in the hope of owning their niche.
UniPro Summit
UniPro Summit is an annual conference to congregate Pilipino community leaders from around the world. It provides a safe space for honest dialogue to process and discuss topics and issues that directly affect the Pilipino community in order to move into a more thoughtful and honest future.

“X” celebrates ten years of UniPro history, community, and progress. As we collectively reflect on the 10th anniversary of the organization, we also enter emotionally-charged conversations that address difficult topics and varying perspectives that impact the Pilipino American community. In “X,” we invite our attendees t o engage and reflect on Experience, Exclusion, and Extension in order to mobilize and unite our community for the future.
